Dr. Arbuck is certified by the American Academy of Pain Management in addition to the board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  He practices Psychiatry and Pain Medicine as dual specialties, helping patients with the most complicated conditions that may have become resistant to treatment.

Dr. Arbuck received his medical degree from Yaroslavl State Medical School in Russia in June of 1982.  He went on to do his pedicatrics internship at Yaroslavl State Medical School.  His Psychiatry Residency was done at both Yaroslavl State Medical School and IU Medical School in Indianapolis.  He further went on to a mini fellowship in ECT at Duke University in Durham, NC.

Dr. Arbuck serves on several boards and belongs to various professional societies.  In addition to receiving the coveted “Top Doctor” award, Dr. Arbuck has received many other honors and accoladees.  Dr. Arbuck has been widely published and was asked to participate in studies for AstraZeneca and Pfizer.  He also is a member of various public and community service organizations.

Dr. Arbuck combines Psychiatry and Pain Management specialties in everythihing he does clinically, thus allowing him to expend his scope of practice and achieve what otherwise would be impossible.  It is his belief that a natural fusion of Psychiatry and Medicine allows for better treatment results, broader expertise and a unique positioning in a healthcare market.
